We cover design, planning & project management of both residential and commercial projects. Works involve production and submitting designs for planning and Building Regulation approvals, preparation and issue of tender documents to contractors, awarding contracts and then Project Managing the construction phase to completion.
The residential works cover new builds to household extensions. We are currently engaged in the design and refurbishment of a penthouse in London located on the 25th floor! The client wants a particular Dubai hotel look throughout the 2 floors.
On the commercial side, we cover office fit out and are currently engaged on a number of high specification office fit out projects in Piccadilly and Holborn in London, and also Glasgow.
We are also working on increasing the value of various commercial properties in cities throughout the UK for an asset management company, by proposing additional floors be added, changing the use from commercial to residential or mixed, or in the case of Kingston (London) changed into student accommodation.

We are located bang in the centre of our beautiful market town on the historic high street where you step out onto pubs, restaurants and coffee bars with the areas largest Tescos right across the road.
It is situated a mere 10 minute walk from the station where you can catch four trains an hour to Cambridge ( 30 minutes ) or London (Kings Cross /St Pancras 50 minutes ).
The apartment consists of a small sitting room with a TV and sofa which can be transformed to a bed . There are tea and coffee making facilities , microwave , toaster and fridge though no full kitchen .
The bedroom has a comfy double bed , clothes storage and TV leading to the shower room . You can see photos when you scan in to the QR code at the bottom .
There is free parking outside the building on the spur road off from the high street and the beauty of the location is that you can be at the heart of BALDOCK within a minute before retiring to an oasis of peace and calm when you can relax after a hard working day or as a great base for those weekends away.

Traditional elements can still be included, but it’s more important to reflect character, personality, humour, and of course, the love that has been shared.
Oh, and I never say EULOGY – too many vowels and it has the word UGLY in it! No one needs to be ugly at their funeral! So, I say a tribute! Services can be held anywhere, you don’t necessarily have to have them at crematoriums or churches, anywhere is possible. From halls, community spaces, pubs, outdoors, or at home.
